Mission
Our purpose is to provide students with the opportunity to learn and socialize with others; and in the process, raise awareness of Chinese and Asian-American culture. It is our goal to increase diversity at the College of New Jersey through events and performances that display various aspects of Chinese culture. As both a social and cultural organization, we are dedicated to providing members with educational, cultural, and social opportunities to enhance their overall college experience.

Main Events
Chinese New Year Celebration
春节 One of the biggest holidays in Asian culture, Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year or the Spring Festival, is celebrated on campus with CSA's Chinese New Year event. The club's annual CNY event brings the community together to welcome the new year with a night full of performances, food, games, and festivities. |
New York Chinatown Trip
纽约的中国城 CSA invites all TCNJ students to attend our annual New York Chinatown bus trip where they will experience Chinese culture at the center of it. Students can travel FOR FREE and visit Chinatown with an itinerary provided by CSA, or travel around on their own. |
Teahouse 茶馆
Teahouse was an event where students can come and enjoy student performances while having Chinese food and, the most important part, Chinese tea! Past performances included guzheng players, student bands, and a card magician. Business casual attire encouraged. |
NEW! Duchang 赌场
Duchang allows CSA to share parts of Chinese cultural heritage with the broader campus community by hosting a grand event where students learn and play traditional Chinese games with other members of the TCNJ community. The games foster friendly competition and fun, allowing students the opportunity to socialize and experience the importance of traditional games within Chinese culture. |
